A tender 12 ounce slice of slow-roastedUSDA Choice Prime Rib of Beef, cooked medium, with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Onion Tumbleweed, dipped in Au Jus and served with Horseradish.


 

Unfashionable New York Steak

A broiled 14 ounce USDA Choice New York Steak with Garlic Butter, cooked Medium, and served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. 


 

Tempura of Coconut Shrimp

Five large crisp Tempura Prawns, Mango Pineapple Salsa, Soy Ginger Glaze and Zen Twice-Fried Rice.

 

Wok-Seared Scallops

Large Scallops cooked in a Curry Coconut Sauce and Lemon Grass, served with Jasmine Coconut Rice and Shitake Mushrooms.

Pork Luau

Succulent Marinated, slightly sweet n’ tangy Pork, slow-cooked seven hours in Banana Leaves,

served with Hawaiian Chutney and Jasmine Coconut Rice.

 

Balinese Baby Back Ribs

Half-Rack of Baby Back Ribs, glazed with Tamarind Citrus BBQ Sauce,

and served with Jasmine Coconut Rice.

 

Capri at Sunset Pasta
