Fresh tropical fruits topped with toasted coconut granola and served
with non-fat yogurt and your choice of breakfast breads.

Your choice of traditional French toast, pancakes or a waffle with two large eggs and two strips of bacon or sausage.

 

Santa Cruz Skillet
Bacon, sausage and onion are scrambled with two eggs and topped with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions and sour cream; served over Buster's Potatoes with a choice of breakfast breads or tortillas.

 

Surfari Skillet Breakfast
Buster's favorite veggie skillet filled with fresh broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions, spinach and jack chesse.
